Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is one of the reporting tools available with Oracle Cloud ERP Applications (Fusion) and is built on the Oracle BI platform. Being a part of the Oracle Cloud Apps licenses, it is integral to the platform and does not need additional setup.

OTBI Limitations

- Being specifically created for Oracle Cloud Apps, it cannot pull out data from other sources with ease
- The analytics from OTBI is limited because it accesses only the Cloud Application database directly and neither has a data warehouse nor has access to historical data.
- OTBI RPD allows only minor customizations.
- The configuration parameter is possible only by submitting an SR to Oracle with a business justification.
